 On September 28th, 1996, HOTOHO Transportation and Distribution
Agency was set up, which was the predecessor of HOTOHO Logistics Company.
On December
16th, 2000, Guangzhou HOTOHO Logistics Company was initially set
up.
 In 2000, guangzhou logistics center, the first logistics center owned by
HOTOHO, had finished its first phase of construction, and finished its second phase of construction in 2 years, where the
area was 20000㎡.
From 2000 until now, package plants located in Zhongshan, Guangzhou,
Tianjin, Shanghai, Wuxi, Suzhou, have been put into production, making HOTOHO a breakthrough of traditional logistics
limitation and an achievement of integrated logistics service system.
On February 19th, 2002, Guangzhou Fenglian elevator
Co., LTD formally started business, extending HOTOHO’s Mechanical and electrical industry chain service by
providing parts processing.
On December 18th, HOTOHO invest and founded the
magazine《Logistics World》,filling the gap of high-level magazines in south China logistics industry. Meanwhile, the successful
operation of logistics professional manager club provided a well-constructed platform for logistics industry information
integration and communication.
On April 20th, 2003, HOTOHO 3PL business management
system was initially put into use.
On May 8th, 2003, HOTOHO passed the ISO9001 quality
system certification. On June 12th, 2003, HOTOHO passed the ISO14001 environment system
certification
On July 15th, 2003, HOTOHO’s enterprise trademark
was successfully registered at National Trademark Office.
On April 14th, 2004, HOTOHO
formally altered its name HOTOHO Logistics Company at SAIC (State Administration for Industry and Commerce), and
increased its registered capital to 50 million. Meanwhile, HOTOHO acquired international freight carrier qualification and
could provide multi-modal transportation and other logistics related service.
On August 29th, Zhongshan
HOTOHO distribution trading center was grandly opened, starting the ceremony of HOTOHO’s base construction
and strategic network layout.
On November 19th, 2004, after
purchasing Wuxi Haodi express transportation Co., Ltd, HOTOHO started the service of city delivery.
In June, 2004, HOTOHO NanYang Logistics Distribution Co., LTD was set up in Yangzhou. In
2006, HOTOHO Yangzhou logistics base taking the area of 118 acres was formally put into use.
On June 28th, 2004, HOTOHO
OA system was initially put into use.
On September 30th, 2006, the
HOTOHO’s 10th anniversary celebration ceremony was held grandly in Guangzhou.
In June, 2006, the first commercial estate
project, Yancheng MingDu textile city, began to construct, meaning an important step of HOTOHO’s diversified
development.
On September 1st, 2007, the HQ of HOTOHO Logistics Company was moved to
Shanghai.
In November, 2007,
HOTOHO Logistics distribution trading center and warehouse base were was formally opened.
In January, 2008, after
MCA’s agreement, the charity organization named “Li FengXiang Student Samaritan foundation” was
set up.
In June, 2008, HOTOHO
Huaian Logistics Base started to be built, taking the area of 128 acres of land.
In July, 2013, HOTOHO
systematically updated its ERP system.
In August, 2013,
HOTOHO successfully entered Shanghai FTA.
In September, 2015,
HOTOHO OA system was formally online launched.
